The refund is only possible if the writer has not yet been assigned, if no suitable writer is available. A payment mistake has been made (such as a double payment, identical orders, etc). The case must be reported to us at once. The refund cannot exceed 50% of the price initially paid by you for your Order.

The annulment of the Order will be initiated after we have assigned a writer, if less than 50% of the deadline has already passed. In such cases, the writer will receive compensation for the work already completed within this time frame.
You will be eligible for a 50% refund if no writer is available for your revision or if the annulment of the Order is initiated after more than 50% of the deadline has passed. The writer will also be compensated for the work done within this period of time.
If the refund procedure is initiated, any rights provided to you according to our Terms of Use with Copyright License will cease immediately.
Sending text material for revision implies that you approve of your order in general, and only minor adjustments are required. Therefore, a 100% refund will not be possible in such cases.
If the writer is late with the revision of your work, our Customer Experience Manager will assess and determine the refund amount based on the evaluation of your Order. However, please note that the refund in this case will not exceed 50% of the price initially paid for your Order.

Once you have pressed the “Approve” button, refunds are not available for Multiple Choice Question assignments and Problem Solving assignments. If you choose to use the answers provided by the writer, it is considered an approval. However, if the writer scores less than 50% of correct answers, you may be eligible for partial credit. The Customer Experience Manager will determine the amount of credit on a case-by-case basis.
Cooling-Off Period
You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days after it has been accepted, for any reason. This period, known as the “Cooling-Off Refund Period,” starts from the date your order was accepted, as stated in the “Formation of the Contract” clause. After this period expires, no refunds will be possible.
To exercise your right to a refund, you must contact us before the end of the Cooling-Off Refund Period. To ensure your order cancellation is within the deadline, you must communicate your request for a refund before the Refund Period expires.
If we have not started providing the services as requested before the Cooling-Off Refund Period ends, you will be eligible for a full (100%) refund of the total cost paid for the services. However, if we have already started providing the services before the Cooling-Off Refund Period ends, you will be required to make a payment for the services we have already provided before contacting us.
Once you inform us of your decision to cancel your order, you will receive the refund within fourteen (14) days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you initially used, unless we have agreed on a different method.
