The refund is only possible if the writer has not yet been assigned, if no suitable writer is available. A payment mistake has been made (such as a double payment, identical orders, etc). Cooling-Off Period

You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days after it has been accepted, for any reason. This period, known as the “Cooling-Off Refund Period,” starts from the date your order was accepted, as stated in the “Formation of the Contract” clause. After this period expires, no refunds will be possible.

To exercise your right to a refund, you must contact us before the end of the Cooling-Off Refund Period. To ensure your order cancellation is within the deadline, you must communicate your request for a refund before the Refund Period expires.

If we have not started providing the services as requested before the Cooling-Off Refund Period ends, you will be eligible for a full (100%) refund of the total cost paid for the services. However, if we have already started providing the services before the Cooling-Off Refund Period ends, you will be required to make a payment for the services we have already provided before contacting us.

Once you inform us of your decision to cancel your order, you will receive the refund within fourteen (14) days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you initially used, unless we have agreed on a different method.
